"I coordinate a team of 10 academic staff at the University of Central Lancashire in the north-west of England teaching Media Technology. We have around 100 final year undergraduate students who need to book tutorials with the academics who supervise their dissertation/project work. The academics have varied teaching schedules. The students have varied study timetables.
