3. What can I do to help keep my invitations out of my invitees' spam folder?
TimeDriver works with StrongMail, which is a system that incorporates email delivery rules from the leading email providers (Google, Yahoo!, Hotmail, etc.) to help prevent TimeDriver Invitations from being flagged as spam. However, email servers and clients, such as Microsoft Outlook, can be configured with extremely tight security resulting in email from unknown senders being sent to spam or junk folders.
In most cases, White listing our email addresses will resolve any receipt or spam issues you are having. Our email comes from the following so be sure to add them to your address book - and ask your invitees to do the same!
