8. How does TimeDriver handle time zones?
TimeDriver references the time zone set on the local machine, both for Inviter and Invitee. TimeDriver stores all times in Universal Time (also known as GMT). When a TimeDriver Inviter defines or views her availability in a Schedule Book, TimeDriver adjusts the time periods to display in her time zone. When an Invitee views the available time slots for an appointment, TimeDriver automatically converts the available time slots to the time zone set on the Invitee's computer.
If an Inviter and Invitee are in different time zones, the confirmation email from TimeDriver makes this difference clear by specifying the time and time zone for each participant.
